This outfit's a bit of a mish-mash of styles - smart (leather tote), casual (khaki pants) and on-trend (lace-up heels) - but then I'm always one for a bit of contrast. Sometimes it's good not to worry too much about well things "go" together and just run with it. If it works, it works, if it doesn't, it doesn't. .. Does it really matter? If we didn't experiment a bit and make a few mistakes we'd never get out of our comfort zone and just keep wearing the same thing every day.
So as far as this outfit goes: I like it. Does it work? Maybe, maybe not. But I like it, and that's what counts.
